Policy Notice: All appointments require a booking fee to be paid and confirmed at least 2 days prior to your appointment. This is to secure your appointment and so we are certain that we do not have anyone not show up for their appointment. This also helps to avoid cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment which will result in having to pay for your appointment in full in order to re book with us. This includes cancelling within 48 hours or moving your appointment as we may not be able to fill your space.
